Promio is a small coupon site edited by one person. Every code published here is tested by hand against a real cart before it goes up, and each one records the date it was last checked.
How we work
We do not pull codes from automated feeds. Codes come from official retailer pages, from newsletters, and from reader reports — and each one is then verified against a real order or a test cart before publication.
Offers that stop working are not deleted silently. They are unpublished, and the store page shows how many live offers remain so the count on the page always matches what you can actually use.
What we publish beyond codes
Store pages carry how-to-apply steps and FAQs written from actually using each checkout, because the failure modes differ between retailers and a code alone is rarely enough. The blog covers the parts of couponing that a code list cannot: which discount channel wins when a retailer offers two, why codes get rejected, and when seasonal sales are genuinely worth waiting for.
How the site makes money
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you buy through one, Promio earns a commission from the retailer and you pay exactly the listed price. This does not affect the order offers appear in: the ones that work sit at the top, verified or not.
Corrections
If a code on this site does not work, tell us and it will be rechecked. Reader reports are the fastest signal we have that something has expired.
